Sunimp Tools Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Procedures and Services
Sunimp Tools does not ship products to customers. Products must be picked up from Sunimp Tools factory at Chakundi, Hooghly, West Bengal. We will help load the order to the goods carrier.
However, we do drop off products at Posta in the Burrabazar area in Kolkata. If the customer cannot collect the product from our factory, then they need to pay us for the transport cost in advance along with the order value.
Export Shipping Procedures and Services
The shipping cost up to the port is included in the product cost and we will ensure timely shipment of the same. However, in case the customer collects the products from our factory, then the shipment cost included in the product is deducted from the order value.
Once the shipment reaches the dock, it becomes the sole responsibility of the customers. Sunimp Tools has no further responsibility or liability.
